did you read the whole story? You can download it as many times as you want. But you can have it only on a certain number of devices at the same time. Same thing as iPod tunes etc...

The comments to that article are very amusing. "I am a full supporter of hard DRM" etc.

One of the comment was this: How is Amazon going to know that I have it on my devices? If I buy a new device because the old one stops working, they will have to assume I still have it on my old device and on every other device I ever downloaded it to. Welcome to the world of DRM.
